Welcome to MTMS PTSO

Mountain Trail Middle School Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) strives to promote a closer relationship between home and school, so that parents, guardians, and teachers may cooperate and participate in the education of the students. The PTSO organizes fund raising activities and other events to support students, teachers, and the total learning environment at Mountain Trail Middle School (MTMS) .

We look forward to partnering with students, staff, families and supporters to continue to bring memorable opportunities and quality services to enhance the MTMS experience. In 2023-2024 we were able to continue traditions, create new ones and further develop the community. Some accomplishments include:

  • Donating Coyote Camp t-shirts to all incoming 7th grade students

  • Partnering with Mr. Minnick for the Harvest Festival to bring science to life

  • Partnering with Student Government (StuGo) for the Fall Dance

  • Partnering with the Guidance Support staff for Catch a Snowflake

  • Penny Wars

  • Catch a Snowflake

  • Hot Cocoa and Donuts

  • Buck a Duck

  • Leap Day Frogs

  • 8th Grade Celebration and Promotion

  • Donating 7 new ovens to the culinary program at school

  • Providing concessions at home sporting games

  • Partnering with families and friends to provide staff breakfast, lunches and dinners during conferences and other key times of the year

  • Providing funding to staff to enhance the learning environment
